You can now install the first public version of the Virtual Developer Cloud-Connector for Eclipse from the Eclipse marketplace. The Cloud-Connector is a lightweight Eclipse plug-in that allows you to use all code generators that are available on the Virtual Developer Portal. To try out a code generator, you just need to take the following steps:

• Register on Virtual Developer Portal
• In your Eclipse, install the Virtual Developer Cloud-Connector from the Eclipse marketplace
• Create a generation project on the Virtual Developer Portal and assign a code generator to it.
• Create a new model or use a sample model that comes with a specific generator, select the model in the Cloud-Connector and run the code generation in the cloud. Depending on the generators that you have selected in your generation project, it might be required to install a modeling tool (e.g. Virtual Developer Modeler).
